How to make a First Time in a Fancy Cafe AI video
Turn one or two photos into the cafe seating mix-up, with the complete 21-second reference scene.
1. Choose who to replace
Select 1 person to replace only the man on the left; the original woman stays unchanged. Select 2 people to replace both the man and woman. Both options use the same video, actions and timing.
2. Upload the photos in role order
The first photo always replaces the man. The second photo, when selected, replaces the woman entering from the right. Use separate, well-lit portraits of consenting adults, with the face and hair visible. Use JPG, PNG or WebP, with each side between 300 and 6000 pixels, an aspect ratio between 2:5 and 5:2, and up to 10 MB each.
3. Choose quality and generate
